Oooo, I would LOVE your book so much. I have a high drive 18 month cocker called Topaz who I need to improve my training for and a new pup (Théo) arriving tomorrow! I have Autism and Covid made getting help training my spaniel hard. Emmy My Hungarian Wirehaired Vizsla is 3 and very good but we have areas we need to improve. Your book would help me so much with all three dogs. I have done a course with Emmy that you made and we ended up with perfect delivery to hand and lot’s of prizes!
I’ve been interested in your ‘Retrieving for all occasions’ website since listening to you both on Nick Benger’s podcast. Although I have a dachshund rather than a gundog, I do believe lots of your training can be applied to improve the human-dog bond of pet dogs too. I’m just starting out retrieve training with my two mix breed dogs (3 years and 18 months old). They absolutely love the clicker retrieve and I can’t wait to move into outdoor environments and more complex exercises!
